Lissa Sanchez has been passionate about real estate since her earliest years growing up in San Diego, Ca. Lissa always knew that she wanted to chart a path helping others and found her true calling in real estate serving her clients and guiding them through one of the biggest investments of their lives.

Lissa started her Real Estate career as a loan processor for a local builder in San Diego, CA in the 90’s. Lissa has lived in San Diego, Japan, Taiwan, Las Vegas, Coachella Valley and Manhattan, NY. Once relocating back to California Lissa discovered her Real Estate Investment passion with her husband and are active investor’s in Short Term Rentals. Lissa shares this knowledge and experience to assist and educate aspiring investors with their goals. Whether a buyer, a seller, or an investor, she thinks of her clients as family. Lissa is here to keep the process fluid, successful, and as low-stress as possible.

When it concerns her clients, Lissa believes highly in transparency which created integrity and a solid foundation to do great business together. As a resident of the Santa Clarita Valley, Lissa enjoys spending her weekends taking road trips exploring new places, spending time with family and friends and of course looking for her next investment opportunity.
